Soba (そば) noodles are noodles made of buckwheat flour, roughly as thick as spaghetti, and prepared in various hot and cold dishes, with or without soup.
Thick, chewy and ridiculously satisfying, udon noodles is made from Japanese wheat are in a league of their own. These long, are great hot or cold, and with a neutral flavor.
So for this recipe, I am using the same Ingredients for both, same method and presentation.
